What data we collect

In the contact form: the email address and the content of the message you write.

In the essay subscription: the email address only.

We collect nothing else. We do not use traffic analytics tools, tracking cookies, or any form of tracking.

What it is used for

The contact form data is used only to reply to you and, if a conversation follows, to continue it.

The subscription email address is used only to send you the essays, four times a year.

We do not use your data for any other purpose, we do not sell it, we do not share it, and we do not pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes.

On what grounds

Your consent, given when you submit each form. These are separate consents: contacting us does not subscribe you to the essays, and subscribing does not follow from having contacted us.

You may withdraw either one at any time by writing to the address above.

Who else has access

The site is hosted by Smartthink, with servers in the European Union. No one else has access to your data.

How long we keep it

Contact messages: up to two years after the last communication.

Essay subscription: until you cancel it.

Cancelling the subscription

Every essay we send includes a link to cancel. You may also request it by email, at the address above.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restrict its processing, or object to it. Write to collab@anewdaycreative.com and we will reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated.
